  Teaching is a passion. There is so much more to my job than just teaching. It's being a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, someone's school mom, and all of my students' biggest fan. I have been teaching for five years. I currently teach fifth grade math and social studies. I have taught fifth grade language arts, math, science, and social studies. I have also taught a year of sixth grade language arts, math, science, and social studies. I like to use a lot of inquiry based learning in my classroom. My students do a lot of research to gain knowledge on required topics. Along with teaching, I have also coached softball and volleyball for the past five years. Show less
