To write a recommendation for Caitlin would be to write a book. There is so much that can be said about how she managed herself, her job and those that she was communicating with on a daily basis. She was always a pleasure to work with. She came to work happy every day with a passion and drive to make things happen and go out of her way to help the brand move forward. I have not seen anyone manage a community with the ability that she could. Whilst being stuck in the minutia she was still able to spread her wings and see the bigger picture. At Altra everyone that came in contact with her was better off for so doing. She was very capable in managing a team of ambassadors, coordinating with bloggers and creating content that was innovative, engaging and exciting. A fabulous mind for branding and driving a brand to succeed and do great things amongst the community. People like Caitlin are very difficult to find and we will forever miss having her day to day working with Altra.
