Cherry Zhang is a hardworking, meticulous, and conscientious peer, who I had the pleasure of learning alongside in my TESOL education class. I have known Cherry since the winter semester of 2022. In the time that I have worked with Cherry as her classmate and inter-department colleague, I have been astonished to see such a humorously engaged, joyfully committed, and dynamic individual. Cherry continually inspires those around her to achieve their fullest potential by connecting with them through humor and wit. Cherry consistently exceeds the expectations of everyone around her. With her work. Cherry is driven and fully-invested in the experience of successful teamwork. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are superb. Oftentimes, she encourages me to embrace the unfamiliar and strengthen my Chinese language skills with kindness, patience, and joy unparalleled to other students and tutors I have worked with. While Cherry can be very energetic and lively in the workplace, she actively listens to her colleagues and peers, contributing to the lasting camaraderie and friendship that surrounds her. In Cherry's academic courses, she constantly searches for opportunities to apply her textbook theories and knowledge, propelling her innovation into unexpectedly fulfilling projects. She is kind, bubbly, dedicated, and connected with those around her, allowing her to achieve a well-roundedness that is rare in many job applicants. I enthusiastically recommend Cherry for any job, scholarship, or academic program where enthusiasm, dedication, and innovation are encouraged.
