I started this role in August 2022, my current role involves helping the team as a Team Administrator. I am currently doing Case management role which involves direct involvement with clients and running cases start to finish. I thrive off helping others; as this role I am able to fulfil customers needs by searching the market and lenders to find the bets product for our clients needs. this will eventually end up in receiving mortgage offers, completion and then the client is happy.Alongside this I provide excellent customer service. Since working for Sirius, I hold a customer service certificate and qualification and a customer service and compliance qualification. I will answer calls from clients and lenders every dingle day, providing these skills by updating, informing and responding to both clients and lenders.I am responsible for compliance work behind an application of a mortgage. I have to make sure the client is who they say they are, deposits are coming from a trustful source, credit checks on all applicants, and all the other responsibilities. Completing these checks ensure us that the company is following the Financial Conduct Authority's rules and so the reputation of the Sirius and involved is protected. Show less

I worked in this role during the summer of 2019, during the lockdown period. I worked 7.30-4pm which helped me get into a working routine, keeping myself busy. I assisted in maintaining the work site, working along side the site managers, confirming orders and material arrival times. This helped develop my punctuality skills and time management. I then stopped this role in September 2019 to finish my A -levels. I worked in this role during the summer of 2019, during the lockdown period. During my work experience I had to photocopy personal information such as passports, driving licences and birth certificates so the company can ensure that they have acted compliantly and follow correct financial services procedures. I also had to listen to phone calls with banks and attend consultants’ meetings. I had to also work independently and use communication skills. I also listened in to phone calls with other banks and wrote down notes in terms of punctuational and verbal skills. Show less
