I have known Cain as a fellow Dynamics resource for two years. I first got to know him when he and I started together as analysts to implement Dynamics as the Financial system at Bottomline. On that project I was impressed by his initiative and his thirst for knowledge. He also showed strong analytical and problem solving skills. In fact, it was for those qualities that Bottomline promoted him to Applications Manager. During the two years that Cain and I worked together at Bottomline, I was always impressed by his outstanding diligence and his high level of functional expertise of Dynamics AX. During this period, I also had the great pleasure of watching him blossom from a business analyst into a fully functioning application manager, and lead the team in some of Bottomline's key projects. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and technical innovation that Cain demonstrated on Bottomline's RevPro Project. Not only is Cain highly intelligent; he also is very hard-working. He has tackled every project assigned to him with enthusiasm and competence. He invariably understands exactly what a project is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. He consistently produces superior quality work, and on time. In my estimation, Cain is a true example of the type of employee that every employer wants: accountable and responsible, with a superior work ethic and a high degree of integrity.

I worked with Cain on a AX 2012 R3 global implementation project and he is definitely one of the best Business Analyst in the market. He always listen to people, understand the requirement and business process, then propose a convincing solution based on best practice. Cain will always try to transform existing process into a new process that can best fit to the standard AX application in order to avoid complicated customization. He really know his stuffs and is able to pick up something new really quickly. Cain is also strong in communication all the way from users to senior executives. Everyone likes and respect him which made him a great asset to the company.
