  During my two years as director of the nonprofit Earthbeat Choir, I led several week-long day camps for children each summer. I also worked with local festivals in the Roaring Fork Valley, managed a staff of 15-20 camp counselors, and played piano for each of the camps.

In this full time position, I taught Kindergarten-4th grade students music each day. In addition to general classroom instruction, I also prepared students for several performances over the course of the semester. Whether I was showing students how to tie notes or tie shoes, every day was an adventure in my music classroom!
