Cailey is that rare-gem who possesses a tool-belt of skills from project management, to people leadership, to stakeholder management. She has a curiosity that drives her to seek out knowledge and a hunger to learn and grow. I had the privilege of meeting Cailey during my time as a Sr. Leader at Shopify. I was brought on as an advisor to a project she was part of.
