The Parkinson's Exercise and Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides exercise therapies to the Parkinson's Disease community with rigorous exercise through Rock Steady Boxing, PWR!Moves, Mat Pilates, Core Stretch, Dance and Theatre Training. This is more than a wellness center; it's a new way of life for people who want to take charge of their health and mindset.
