After several estate agents messing me around, and seeing mixed reviews about Purple Brick online - I have to say, I am 100% converted. Property went up for sale Tuesday. I saw it Wednesday. (PM) Viewed Thursday. (PM) Offer Accepted Friday. (AM) Cai could not be more welcoming if he tried. I didn't feel 'Sold to', and felt comfortable from moment one. Apparently buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things someone does - Not when you have a supportive and easy to communicate with agent.
