  • Advised the $190M secured term loan lenders of Pier 1 Imports. Constructed and managed a waterfall recovery model to determine the lenders’ recoveries under various reorganization and liquidation scenarios in order to support the lenders’ negotiations. Sensitized the company’s projections in order to create several reorganization scenarios. Prepared a 150+ page report on the company’s business and key risks so that the lenders could have a clear understanding of the business if they elected to own equity in the company in a reorganization. • Advised the $950M revolving credit facility lenders of Diamond Offshore. Analyzed the company’s financial model and projections to understand material assumptions, drivers, and methodology. Sensitized the company’s projections in order to model downside risks and the company’s funding requirements under a variety of scenarios. Prepared numerous capital structure scenarios in order to support the lenders in their negotiations with the company and the noteholders. Provided the lenders with a 50+ page report that gave an independent third-party view of the company’s business and its funding requirements. • Advised a $130M Revenue Healthcare Company. Worked with management to improve the company’s operating model and reporting packages. Streamlined assumptions, drivers, and methodologies in the company’s model.
