Program Manager
-
Jun 2012 - Dec 2016
I created dozens of forms, plans, and policies for the daily proceedings of this residential addiction recovery facility. I also took care of all logistics for after-clinical-hours activities for all clients, including staffing, transportation, reservations, etc. In addition to these roles, I was also the manager over the Support Staff, which is the largest department in the company. I completed interviews and hired new employees, oversaw their training, took disciplinary actions when necessary, created weekly schedules, and resolved staff issues. When needed, I also acted as the in-house IT guru, fixing network and computer issues to ensure the company's operations continued smoothly.

Red Century Clothing was a project of mine to expand my knowledge of graphic design, apparel printing, web development, and e-commerce. I spent hundreds of hours researching optimal graphic formats for screen-printing, learning how to code HTML, CSS, and PHP, studying the required steps to incorporate an LLC, and finally, finding the best shop to outsource my screen-printing needs. I produced and sold a few hundred shirts online, as well as at various impromptu markets around the Salt Lake City area. I gained an immense amount of experience and knowledge from this learning project, as well as a strong desire to help the growth of any company I find myself working for.

Closing Manager

Jun 2010 - Dec 2011
Hired on as a Parts Delivery Driver, but quickly moved up to Customer Service Associate, then promoted to Closing Manager not long after. I assisted customers, managed tills, performed inventory counts, and ensured the store was closed properly and securely at the end of the day.
