Launching VITT Factor is my mission, aiming to inspire, teach, and ignite individuals to become 1% better every day. The foundation of VITT Factor consists of three essential components. Firstly, as a Certified Professional Life Coach, I am devoted to coaching and mentoring children between the ages of 10 and 18. Through personalized 1:1 sessions and interactive workshops, I assist them in various areas such as communication, building confidence, motivation, time-management, and fostering a healthy mind and body. It is my passion to help kids and my generation reach their fullest potential. Secondly, I organize exceptional events catering to both young professionals and adults, as well as kids. These events provide exceptional opportunities for networking, learning, and personal growth. By hosting these events, I strive to create an environment that inspires individuals to pursue excellence in all aspects of their lives. Lastly, I have established the VITT Factor Think Tank 1% Team, which comprises a dynamic group of 25 individuals. We meet bi-weekly to learn from executive guest speakers who share their expertise, inspire us to greatness, and provide motivation.
