By outsourcing drivers, companies may decrease operating costs and the time associated with employment practices and focus on core competencies. 2. Direct Recruiting / Direct Hire Services: Acting as an extension of a customer’s Human Resource or Safety departments, recruiting drivers directly for our customers. DriverSource recruits and reviews interested applicants for compliance with applicable laws, verifying that the applicant meets the customer requirements. Upon customer approval, the applicant would begin employment directly with our customer, never being employed by DriverSource. 3. Probationary Term Hiring: Driver attrition is one of the most costly endeavors for any company. Attrition is prevalent during the first few months of employment. Probationary term hiring gives our customer the opportunity to preview the driver’s performance PRIOR to hiring the driver, making certain that both find the opportunity a “fit”. 4. Critical, Casual, Just in Time and Seasonal: For those needing part-time or seasonal employment without having to hire and dissolve employment.
