In Jackson Hole, WY I was responsible for developing the financial pro-forma, designing, permitting, and developing a 22-unit affordable housing project boarding Grand Teton National Park and located within Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club. Worked in conjunction with Teton County Housing Authority in creating HOA Documents, budgets, as well as led the sales process of these units.
