Testing the GST updates and deployments in UAT and Live using API and Manual Process. Customize the PDF’s and Input files using HTML Script and upload in KGCP UI to generate IRNS. Leading and handling the review meets with clients and internal management; as well addressing escalation calls and providing resolutions. Adhering to all process, technology and business compliance; documenting details and client communication at all levels. Identifying areas to improve and enhancing customer centric approach in day-to-day activities. Work with business stakeholders’ hand in hand to ensure optimal functionality meeting the business objectives. Documenting and maintaining reports on all tasks and status in a timely manner.
