  I work directly with clients around the world in both the aerospace and railway industry not only to deploy a leading reservation system but to also help support our clients in real time. On top of these duties I have also been helping write, update, and maintain internal automation tools written in C#. These tools read from XMLs and MSSQL to parse through each individualized part of the accounts to aid in their deployment and support.
