Bio
Sophie Boyer Chammard
I have worked with Cécile for 8 years at CC. Cécile has a genuine sense of client relationship. She has imaginative ideas of events or client focus initiatives that would make the difference for clients. She also follows up a programme with consistency and over the long run which contributes to strengthening the firm's image. For example, she organised marketing programmes such as that around rugby during the wordcup WRC 2007, she created and entertained an alumni community with dynamism, implemented a client database, etc.

Gabriel Bacq

Corporate Communications must integrate innovative cross-thinking and use digital transformation in order to respond to constant changes in content generation. Communications is not about delivering a message anymore. It is about having a conversation with many different actors willing to drive the agenda while you keep yours in mind all along. Managing effective and transversal communications contributes effectively to employee's commitment and to business development in highly competitive markets. Show less

As a member of the Executive Committee managing a team of 5 people, my main challenge was supporting the company’s heavy restructuring through an effective implementation of focused internal and external communications. Employees engagement and managers involvement are key success factors in such critical periods. A lot of efforts are put on supporting Operations on change management communication issues. After planning an Internal Communications Strategy for the Group, I stressed upon delivering pedagogical contents to employees, promoting involved teams and highlighting achieved results. We heavily redesigned the intranet and developed new communication tools with on site management. Special attention was given to organizing internal events and employees feedback was fostered in order to develop an open dialogue regarding continuous organizational changes. We also worked closely with the HR team on the implementation of a redundancy plan with strong labour law issues. Being under French State aid, External Communications was restricted. We constantly monitored the media and social networks and responding accordingly. Communications processes were redefined with the shareholders. Last, we managed the progressive extinction of the commercial brand. There is high at stake maintaining effective employee communications during such a long and important crisis. Show less

I used to cover topics such as Production, Maintenance, Security on industrial sites and Knowledge Management I also helped the sponsoring team researching proper Sponsors. It was a very challenging and attractive job, that required curiosity, a strong commercial sense and good networking habilities.
