  In addition to my role as Science Teacher, I was responsible for the development, implementation, delivery and monitoring of STEM initiatives and opportunities at Brigidine College, St Ives. This involved collaboration with Heads of Departments, Teachers and Coordinators. This role focused on establishing and promoting interdisciplinary STEM activities with both the curricular and co curricular programs at Brigidine College, St Ives. As a project leader, I promoted collaboration and support within the STEM Team and encouraged their ongoing professional development. Expectations included ongoing reflection and evaluation of effectiveness of STEM curricula. Maintaining academic data and records, coordination of Reporting and Assessment for Stage 4 STEM, management of curricula and cocurricular based STEM budgets and financing. Show less
