I've had the pleasure of working with Buu at AlterG for many years. Buu is known to be calm under fire, focused and determined to achieve the best outcome for all parties. He consistently demonstrated a dedication to the business, to our customers and to his team throughout. During his tenure at AlterG, he advanced several levels in the organization, culminating in a senior managerial role running our Service operations. His leadership in that role helped us achieve significant advances in performance and cost savings in the Service department; contributing to the financial health of the organization. Given the opportunity, I would hire him again and would recommend him for other opportunities.

Had the pleasure of working with Buu and his team 2+ years at AlterG. He is a driven individual who demonstrates integrity and sincerely cares about his customers, direct reports and co-workers. He established the Field Service Depot department which has contributed to returning assets in the field (saving the organization money) and generating the process for refurbs and product improvements. His promotion to Service Department Manager was definitely earned – he is a natural leader and takes the time to help develop others along the way. Buu takes the time to listen to issues and looks for the best way to help resolve it, while keeping cost-saving and customer care
