  Over thirty years as President of a small contracting firm I wear all the company hats. As a master electrician in the City of Topeka, Kansas I am one of the Board Members of the City of Topeka Electrical Appeals. The function of the board is to evaluate new electrical code changes in order to advise the City Counsel if whether or not we think they should be implement as a part of the City Ordinance.
