Chris is a phenomenal manager who approaches every day with passion, direction, creativity, and execution. He manages people rather than processes. He recognizes the needs of each of his team members and adjusts his personal management style to help give direction to, motivate, and support each member. He gracefully delegates tasks to others in his team in order to expose them to new roles and allow them to take risks. Chris is an empowering motivator who implements change in a professional and wholesome manner. He is a people person and his positive energy allows him to succeed in his management role. It was an absolute pleasure working for and with Chris. I highly recommend Chris in any position he seeks next.

Chris is an outstanding leader, coach and instructor. While I have never worked directly for Chris, I could see the impact of his leadership on the client education team in our area and improvements to the program every time the scope of his responsibilities increased. When he came to focus on developing sales leadership programs at ADP, it was clear that he understand our challenges and how to help. He raised the bar once more on what I expected in the many certified workshops he runs. He is also a great person outside of the office and well liked. While those traits are not necessary, they certainly do help when trying to teach new concepts and ideas to a group of adults who don't necessarily think they need additional training.
