He recognizes the needs of each of his team members and adjusts his personal management style to help give direction to, motivate, and support each member. Chris is an outstanding leader, coach and instructor. While I have never worked directly for Chris, I could see the impact of his leadership on the client education team in our area and improvements to the program every time the scope of his responsibilities increased.
