I started to work as a Technical Calculation Engineer at AKG-Turkey. I have many responsible such as cost calculation, costing, pricing, profitability analyses and reporting in this company. I calculate the cost of new each projects that will give an offer for negotiation by the sales responsibles. I am always keep in contact to Engineering, Production, sales and purchased departments. I have been calculating 25-30 average projects monthly. At the same time, I am working as a SAP CO Key User in the Turkey plant. o Calculating the production cost based on 2D-3D drawings, BOM and agreed calculation scheme by calculating routing time, labor-machine-setup cost and material cost for each material in the each project. o Doing system releasing in the SAP for all costs(costing for each material, project and manufacturing costs) and providing standart cost for new products o Monthly doing costing runs and preparing monthly cost related reports o Monthly presenting and reporting profitability analyses based on sales price calculations to management o Controlling posted accounting documents and material movements according to assessment cycles o Ensuring accurate SAP material master data maintenance of the Costing views o Calculating and controlling inter-company transfer prices o Supporting to the sales department for pricing o Supporting to cost reduction workings o Collaborating with internal and external colleagues Show less
