Organized two training programmes: Use of ICT in Library and Information Services (sponsored by INFLIBNET Centre) and Advanced Workshop on WINISIS (sponsored by UNESCO) Prepared a manual in Hindi Langauge on WINISIS and related software for UNESCO.
