  Bud has been an active advisor and investor in growth oriented companies for more than 30 years with experience in mergers, acquisitions and capital development focused on middle market commercial and industrial businesses engaged in manufacturing and value-added distribution. Before establishing Valesco, Bud founded two firms offering specialty advisory services in mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance. Bud is a past President and Board Member of the DFW Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and an Associate Board Member at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. His other present and past Board activities include appointments with Valesco investment companies, as well as various trade associations and charitable organizations. Bud is a member of the VCSC investment committee. He is a graduate of the Texas A&M University School of Business. Show less
