Brandon and I had a compressed time frame during our run at prsnt. But, the time we did work together was well spent. We constantly iterated on how to drive more of the correct traffic to our site, constantly debated on how our community could have an even better 1st mile experience, constantly thought of new marketing messaging and new channels to engage our audience, and obsessed over tracking and analyzing data. Brandon’s innate team first approach cannot be quantified into a data point, but from a personal perspective after every standup (which he would get up at 6am everyday) I felt a sense of exhilaration on the initiatives to tackle and felt connected to our team’s mission. This was in a big part do to Brandon’s authentic passion about prsnt and his ability to personally engage with every team member. Especially, with our team being completely remote, to have a teammate to help connect all of us was….well, it was just super cool and sustained moral. I hope there will be another opportunity in the future to work with Brandon again.
