I have worked with Barbara for the past two years in leadership at our church (and have known her for several years). Barbara served the standard one-year term as Moderator, who leads our congregation’s Leadership Team and also works closely with our pastors. Barbara was (and still is) a fantastic leader! She is thoughtful, calm, and organized. She stepped into the position under very chaotic circumstances: without our traditional one-year on-ramp, during the pandemic which constrained what our church could do, and during pastor transitions. In the face of these challenges, Barbara always approached the role with a level head and an open heart. Her organization skills are top-notch, and I have high regard for her leadership skills and her ability to stay centered and to cut through the noise. Now that I am the Moderator, I regularly seek her counsel and am better for it. Barbara is an amazing person and would be an asset to any team!

Barbara is one of my favorite people. She's whip smart, incredibly organized, creative, positive, and what always makes me appreciate someone - funny! Barbara's dedication to developing quality content that helps 7-12 girls is tireless, inspiring and indispensable. Our girls are lucky she's serving them. And the boys will benefit, too. I am lucky to work with Barbara, and to call her a friend.
