      - Answer to client’s requests in a professional and responsive manner by email/telephone; preparing a wide range of written proposals, which often include project quotations .- Build and develop relationships with ISS/Ipsos and oftenly working within close deadlines. - Quote for quantitative and qualitative projects, including IHUTS, online communities, omnibus, waves and behavioral data projects .- Understand our panel’s capabilities, clients needs, checking feasibility, calculating accurate delivery predictions, explaining possible limitations and potential inconvenience to the client .- After checking the feasibility of a project, panels and services are selected, project type is defined, and then different parameters, variables, filters as well as quotas are applied to ascertain a quotation .- Liaise with country, project and fieldwork managers in order to ensure the client’s satisfaction and deadlines are achieved .- Full quotation management of key client Ipsos/ISS .- Build and develop relationships with Ipsos/ISS employees .- Quote emerging/innovative market research techniques including ad-trackers, facial coding, livepanel, audio matching, geolocation and eye trackers .- Negotiate project timings and apply rate card costs, aiming to deliver the best value to the client within a stated time frame .- Take part in video conferences with Ipsos/ISS employees to discuss developments and overcome issues .- Contact Ipsos/ISS employees after a project is complete to discuss deviations and confirm new metrics and prices.
