I knew Bettina when she was the recruitment specialist at American University. I found her to be a delight to work with. She was smart, creative, and a hard worker. Also, when I contacted her office she was very responsive to my requests. I have no doubt that many potential students applied to the program in part because of her ability to connect with them in addition to her talent for successfully marketing the program.

Bettina was an exemplary Federal Work Study intern in the media relations office and the work she did was invaluable to the office. No matter what project I threw at her, she needed little guidance to complete it well and on time. She was also a pleasure to be around, which made for a great work environment.
