Responsible for the Implementation and management of the Sandhurst Training Directive; its planning, resourcing and quality assurance. A member of the Sandhurst workshop reviewing the future structure and training requirements of the OTC. Monitoring and advice on Potential Officer Selection and preparation for RMAS, this year successfully commissioning 25 Officer Cadets into the Armed Forces, an increase of 11% over 2009. Line Manager for 50 staff, including Equality and Diversity Advisor, Induction, Welfare Support, Career Development, Appraisal, Retention and Resettlement. Unit Supervising Officer and Non-Public Fund Manager, for a £1.5 million budget, with an annual turn-over of £120k, after a review of processes and procedures the fund has seen an increase in profit of 12%. Maintenance of training standards, Instructor monitoring and assessment, while maintaining unit discipline, based on values based leadership and both Physical and personnel security. Management of company resources and facilities (total valve £6 million), including the planning and submission of plans for the construction of a new 100m range complex at £1.3 million. During this period remodelled and delivered, on behalf of the British Military Head of Mission in the Congo; Ammunition storage and safety courses, to some 150 soldier and officers. This proved so effect that we were invited back to deliver further courses. Instructional Experience.
