I specifically worked with peers, up to the age of 18, who had mental disabilities; had gone through the juvenile system; or, had experienced trauma. I worked in accordance to the WISe program, which is a strength and needs based assessment given to the peer. I worked with them to formulate their goals and to ultimately gain independency to accomplish their goals.
