  For Almost 2 years, I was working in a small resturant, in Penge. I regularly communicated with customers, and took phone calls over the phone. I had to be careful when people placed orders so that if someone placed an order on the phone, I would have to ensure that was correct especially if they had a food allergy or intolerance that it was catered for.
