Kristina Charania
Brynna has been an incredible addition to CPAWS-BC’s terrestrial conservation team. In seven short months, she ideated, planned, and executed all facets of a brand new youth leadership program. This included creating a detailed program outline, vetting applications, overseeing the program’s promotion and branding, building a webinar series with guest speakers, exceeding ambitious DEI goals, and organizing a government lobby day in Victoria for 25 participants across BC. This massive, long, complex project was made possible through Brynna’s bright ideas, passion for environmental activism, flexibility, and strong planning skills. She is also an excellent team player, quick on her feet, and incredibly upbeat in her day-to-day work. I can not recommend Brynna enough as a project or program coordinator—I have no doubt that she will not only succeed, but excel in her future endeavours!
