After graduating from Quinnipiac University, I began working at Acara Partners as the Social Media Coordinator, where I managed the Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for the organization. Each post I created had a subsequent blog that I would write for the website. I used Canva, Hootsuite, WordPress, and CreateSend to develop content for this company's nationwide audience. After graduating from Quinnipiac University, I began working at Acara Partners as the Social Media Coordinator, where I managed the Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for the organization. • President
      • Jan 2020 - May 2021

I was the president of QuinniPR, a chapter of PRSSA at Quinnipiac University. During my time in this role, I implemented a multi-faceted campus-wide PR campaign to create a better experience for students placed in quarantine housing. Our chapter partnered with the University COVID-19 Task Force, other student-run organizations, and local businesses during the 2020-2021 academic school year. Additionally, I led this nationally-awarded "Star Chapter" through the challenges of a mostly virtual academic year amidst the pandemic. With the success of the Bobcat Q-mmunity campaign and my accomplishments as president, I was the recipient of several awards and recognition on our chapter's behalf. • Sep 2020 - Jan 2021

As the first-ever Public Relations Intern for Soul 2 Soul Global, I directly assisted this relationship and wellness-centered business as they continue to grow their brand and provide superior services to LGBTQ+ couples, families, and their loved ones. My daily responsibilities included: pitching reporters, producing media kits, and creating campaigns. Unfortunately, as this remote internship took place during the fall of 2020, public health protocols prohibited in-person events from happening. This company was featured in over ten publications as a result of my efforts. Show less

I had the opportunity to develop a new brand for the airport by cultivating a social media presence, creating a community outreach program, and strengthening partnerships with local businesses. I worked closely with the airport manager to instruct him on using social media tools and Microsoft Office applications. These skills would help the organization continue its goal to raise the airport's media visibility with pilots and the local community even after I left the position. My work culminated in a community event hosted by the airport. Show less

I created content in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe PremierePro for five different clients during this remote summer internship. I used AirTable, a content calendar, to schedule and post content on each client's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts in a unique and creative voice that fits with each brand.
