Currently leading the development team for the SelfServe application suite in Imagine. We’re developing the next-generation of self-service applications using cutting-edge technologies. Joining a department called Merchant Solutions, I worked with a team of developers to build a new application system for on-boarding new merchants more effectively. Using the system, merchants could apply for many of the various payment solutions that Valitor offers, e.g. POS devices, e-commerce solutions and mobile payments. As Valitor is an international payments company, the system's primary requirement was the ability to customize application forms based on various parameters, e.g. partner identity, regional solution offering and partner identity. My role was to architect and build the frontend of this system. It was implemented using React and other modern web technologies. Show less

Worked in the development team for Timesheets which is Tempo's flagship product. Timesheets is a time-tracking software product which was originally built as a plugin for Atlassian's highly popular issue-tracking system, JIRA Server. When Atlassian launched JIRA Cloud, Timesheets was rebuilt for the cloud (SaaS infrastructure). Timesheets is one of the most popular plugins on the Atlassian Marketplace with thousands of customers around a globe using the product to take care of their time-tracking needs. I initially worked as a Full Stack Developer on Timesheets for JIRA Server. In this version of the product, the backend was implemented with Java and the frontend with various web technologies, such as jQuery, Backbone and React. I then became a Frontend Developer and started working on Timesheets for JIRA Cloud. The frontend for this new version of the product was implemented using React and other modern web technologies. As a part of my B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, I did a 6 month internship at Fraunhofer USA, Center for Experimental Software Engineering. During the internship, I worked on a project for the NASA Software Assurance Research Program. The goal of the project was to provide a hazard tracking system (HTS) for NASA's safety engineers and to have this system developed as a plugin for JIRA. By using the HTS, NASA could simplify it's hazard report generation process and the system would provide centralized management and storage of hazard data. My role in this project was to develop the HTS and to implement specific requirements. I worked on the frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery) and also the backend (Java Servlets and REST APIs). I also integrated the HTS into JIRA's user management system so that access to hazard reports could be controlled. Show less
