Bryher is an extremely talented, focused leader. I've known Bryher for approximately 5 years whilst our two companies worked together on a number of projects within the Maritime Security industry. Bryher is a first class relations manager who is very knowledgeable within her sector and has an eye for detail, which is vital. I first worked with her on various complex projects of deployment of armed teams within the Indian Ocean High Risk Area, where she ensured that her team made the individual operations run smoothly and on budget. At Ambrey, Bryher also expanded her experience with taking charge of the complex task of purchasing, commissioning and commercial operation of a number of vessels for different tasking within the Maritime Security industry, in very different operational theatres. This tasking enabled Bryher to put her experience as a Commercial Manager combined with skills in managing large international teams of professionals to ensure that the vessels were on station to meet contractual requirements. This included managing relationships with Ship Yards, Superintendents, Classification Societies and various insurance entities. At the same time, she was responsible for the commercial success of the fleet and was able to secure significant business, which ensured her area of expertise

      Responsible for oversight of the ship-management team running Ambrey’s fleet of seven vessels. This team delivers vessel based armoury services and supply vessels in the Indian Ocean Region and Security Escort Vessels operating in the Gulf of Guinea. This was a new department and projects have included two five year renewal dry-dockings, as well as the chartering and purchase of six ships.
