I have taught people from the ages from 3 months to adults all with a different range of skill level and have learnt to understand how children learn and adapt to new and challenging situations. My role at Paul Sadler is to assess all children and their ability to swim in each class and adapt my teaching style to accommodate. Through this I have learnt to think fast and be flexible with how I approach my job, as I am able to quickly adapt as the situation demands. As an experienced teacher at Paul Sadler it has become one of my responsibilities to train new teachers as they enter this career path, training new staff requires patience, passion and a want to contribute to a team.

As a Coles team member I was given the opportunity to learn and be a part of a national company and the importance of upholding their standards in order to properly contribute to their team. As a deli team member it was often my responsibility to take a daily stock take in order to assess what had been over ordered and what orders would need to be increased the following week; this task was important as if stock was not monitored properly the company could lose money or dissatisfy customers. I have taught children from the ages of 3 to 20 all with a different range of skill level. My role at Van Dyks was to assess all children and their ability to swim in each class and adapt my teaching style to accommodate. Through this I have learnt to think fast and be flexible with how I approach my job, as I am able to quickly adapt as the situation demands. I have also learnt how to deal with customers, as parents are some of the toughest critics when it comes to their children. A part of my role at Van Dyks was to ensure all team members had an up to date CPR qualification, as well as their first aid, I would run classes and assessments when needed.
