      I started as a recruiter for Advantage Sales & Marketing and was quickly prompted to Caliber Collision after gaining employee of the month and quarter for the beginning of 2016. With Caliber I also began running marketing and online add campaigns including social media, gaining the loyalty of higher end candidates nation wide as well as for the corporate office. Nearing the later half of 2016 I was recently promoted again to co-operate Self Opportunity's newest project EGS or Expert Global Solutions. I am sourcing, screening and interviewing highly skilled candidates in the phone customer service and tech industry nation wide. I achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, evaluating candidates and advising managers of these possible applicants. I build person to person sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies and web sites. In doing so I am providing organizational information, opportunities, benefits, presentations and maintaining rapport with the related professional community. I determine applicant requirements by studying the job descriptions and listed qualifications. I then attract applicants by placing advertisements using newsgroups and job sites that are proven to increase visibility. Following that I determine the applicant’s qualifications by interviewing, analyzing their responses, verifying the provided references and comparing the person’s aptitude according to job requirements.       I worked as a roadside assistance professional utilizing my top notch service skills combined with technical automotive knowledge to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. I was promoted multiple times while I was with the company and even made my way into management. I became responsible for a call center floor of over one hundred employees.
