He is currently involved with bridge replacement, full-depth reconstruction, signalization, drainage, underground storage tank, and other design work. Mr. Teschke was involved in the Federal Highway Administration’s implementation of the Strategic Highway Research Program R01B for advancing technology used for the detection of underground utilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Teschke has performed work from coast to coast bringing a wide array of experience home to Pennsylvania.

I am a registered Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania and a licensed Professional Geophysicist in California.I specialize in near-surface geophysical applications, specifically focusing on subsurface utility engineering and have conducted utility investigations for both the public and private sectors including transportation, hospitals, universities, site developments, and fueling stations. Most recent geophysical projects include multi-channel ground penetrating radar (MCGPR), high-frequency ground penetrating radar for concrete inspections (including bridge decks), as well as time- and frequency-domain electromagnetics. In my role as Principal for Geophysics, I support other Cardno offices across the country for advanced geophysical applications.
