  I was a student delivery worker. I assisted in sorting hundreds of packages and freight daily to the university’s circa 30 buildings. Those duties included inspecting, signing and accepting responsibility for high-value freight. I also delivered freight to as many as 15 buildings daily. I assisted customers with shipment of high-value freight, which includes helping customers securely package freight and acquire proper freight billing information for university accounts and records. I answered telephone calls with questions from customers pertaining to the delivery and shipment of freight. In the spring of 2014, I assisted in the university's acquisition of and implementation of a new scanning system to record deliveries. I advised my supervisor on the university's purchase and helped setup the software on the new scanners.
