  Protein scientist in support of tumor immunology discovery efforts in the biologics space. Supported the drug discovery pipeline by engineering biologics for stability, homogeneity, function, affinity, and specificity. Ancillary activities of protein expression, purification, characterization guided my engineering focus to produce multispecific molecules with tuned bioproperties to effectively engage the innate and adaptive immune system while minimizing toxicity.   As a mid-level scientist in the Global Protein Sciences organization, I supported later staged programs in non-GLP tox for the entire Discovery organization consisting of neurology, oncology, and immunology. Transferred programs to the development organization with data packages to accelerate pipeline flow into the clinic. Critically aided drug development activities by collaboratively establishing MOA studies necessary for project team leadership through a variety of in vitro experiments.
