You may know Bryan Kodsi as the guru that has been nominated, and won numerous regional and national sales awards during his employment with Scotts Miricle-Gro. Or the guy that has been ranked in the top 3 of his district for the past three years in a row and was ranked #1 category (wild bird food), in both volume and comps last year, He is highly driven, motivated and constantly looking to improve him self and others. Impressively, Bryan has been able to sustain his team for multiple years, which is incredibly hard to do in a seasonal/part time atmosphere, especially when territories and districts have changed even faster than you can blink your eyes. But I personally know Bryan Kodsi as a team player, the gentleman that goes out of his way to accommodate a request whenever possible with winning temperament and tack. I am very fortunate an honored to have Bryan on my side. I hold Mr. Kodsi in highest regard; he is an asset to his company. Additionally, I feel he would be a successful professional in any endeavor he would chose to take on.

I had the privilege of working with Bryan while I was on the Lowe's Business Team at the Scotts Company. Bryan was always very detailed in his work and very responsive to any request made by the BDT. He and his team were always at the top for regional performance in sales for the Lowe's Account. Having Bryan on the Scotts Field Sales Team was a huge benefit to the Business Development Team and he would be a tremendous asset to any team he may be a part of in the future.
