In addition to being responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development of the project, oversaw the completion of entitlements including parcel subdivision and SMA compliance efforts and assisted in the negotiations of the construction loan and the JV formation. As a Host representative of the JV Management Committee provide on-going oversight to the sales and marketing and operations efforts. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
