   Managed a container rate database for easy access for the buyers of the department for locating freight rates. Rates were based on weight, export location, and import location. The rate proposals were sent directly to me from our contracted carriers for data entry. Managed all of our contracts with our carriers by ensuring all paperwork was in order and signatures were present, for any contract audits. This also included amendments being sent directly to me with signatures on the paperwork. Directed all of our weekly staff meetings, including organizing our buyers discussion points and organizing an itinerary that was handed out at each meeting.
