Worked with senior insolvency partners to craft our overall litigation strategy and conducted the necessary research to support our submissions before the Court of Appeal.- Structured and drafted a settlement agreement which included a detailed repayment plan for $1.5 million, as well as persona guarantees and shares being put up as collateral.
