As APD/MD my responsibilities included daily music scheduling, promotional input and assisted in execution of promotions as well as assisting the program director in all aspects of programming, strategy and problem solving. On- air I spent first year hosting afternoon drive and created daily features with sponsorship opportunities. Over the last 2 years + I was a co-host on the Bryan and Coe morning show acting as the driver of the show, doing daily sports reports and various music features.

I was a key in the development and launch of a new rock format "New York Rock Experience" in market #1. I spent first 4 months as acting Program Director as well as Music Director and I was the first and only on-air talent for the first few months. I was also very involved in the hiring of the full time air staff including the morning show, the eventual Program Director, the direction and sound and localization of the imaging, and in the sound and direction of the music. I also held the PM drive position and created features within that show. Show less

    • VP Programming/Program Director/PM Drive Air Talent
      • Feb 2004 - Feb 2008

I was a major part of a team that put the first Jack FM on in America while at the same time Americanizing the Canadian Jack FM product and brand. This process included creating and developing many of the Jack-FM concepts and slogans used on “Jack’s” across the U.S. I also created ways to sell outside the traditional spots using sponsored hours and shortened stop sets that were sponsored and promoted as an opportunity for the listener to enjoy more music. Example; "We were going to play a commercial for Shane Company now...but they thought you'd rather get back into the music. Thanks Shane Company!" I also oversaw Triple A KCUV and it's programming, branding and promotions. I worked with sales to develop innovative ways to sell our products locally as we were two stations taking on several large corporations. Show less
