  Brought on in 2013, I have served Cornerstone as the Math and Physical Science teacher for the Sr. High. I received the following recommendation from the principal of Cornerstone, Logan Heyer: It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Bryan Sadler. As the principal of Cornerstone, I have been Bryan’s immediate supervisor and conduct his yearly evaluations. As a teacher Bryan has taught groups of students as large as 25 and as small as working 1:1 with individual students for tutoring. He has consistently raised the bar in our science classes. He challenges his students to think out of the box and be problem solvers. He has a high level of expectation for his students, and they respond positively to his leadership. Bryan possesses strong oral and written communication skills which he uses effectively with his students and their parents. His classroom management skills are excellent. He gains respect from his students while maintaining a relaxed classroom atmosphere. Bryan displays a high level of emotional maturity and models Christian character in everything he does. Bryan is organized and always prepared for daily activities. He confidently adjusts lessons to the needs of the students. He works well with his fellow teachers and other support staff to provide appropriate support for our students. He is a problem solver and is able to accomplish complicated duties with very little direction. He can be counted on to fully complete the tasks given to him. He is proactive where necessary while at the same time providing structure and accountability with those under his supervision and care. Bryan is dedicated and talented.
