As an Operations Technician for the Electronic Discovery Solutions Center, my job was to receive, process and load onto a client facing server, specific client data provided by our Computer Forensics team. This role included a great deal of work with Relativity, Aungate, Clearwell, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and the Windows OS.Processing of client data included: receipt of client data from our CF team, ingestion of that data, processing of that data, file repair if needed, encryption cracking of data by our CF team, running client provided search terms on client data, loading this data onto client facing servers for their litigation review, and ultimately providing a final data production of this data to the client.I unfortunately was not in this role long enough to adequately explain all that I did. I started becoming increasingly ill roughly 6 months after taking this position and had to leave on medical around that time. Show less

    • Client Support Specialist
      • Mar 2008 - 2011

My role as a Client Support Technician allows me to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise which would prevent my clients from being able to review documents on Deloitte provided servers via a thin client. Issues that may arise range from basic desktop hardware and software support, basic network issues, up to issues relating to Active Directory profiles, RSA Security Tokens or issues with our Citrix client. This role allows me to provide a broad spectrum of support to my clients. I spend a great deal of time in this role creating client profiles in Active Directory in order to administer RSA Security Tokens to said clients. Clients will often call with OS issues, software and software installation issues, and network connection issues. Our clients may also call about issues regarding our Citrix client or issues they may be having with the litigation review software we host for them. At times there may be issues with specific data the client is trying to review. There are times that my team is unable to resolve an issue. When this occurs, it is my job to ensure that a client's issue is escalated appropriately in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. Show less
