  I provide my customers with world class sales and service in the electrical distribution field. Working with established and new accounts I assist my customers in selecting the right part for the right job while striving to keep their overall costs as low as possible. My daily duties include helping contractor, and homeowner customers in person, or over the phone regarding order placement, price quotations, technical assistance, product availability, order status, processing returns, and expediting orders with vendors. Other daily duties include merchandising assistance in our counter area, reaching out to established and new customers over the phone or email regarding new items, or just to check in and see if anything is needed. Also participates in contractor events at our sales counter to provide information on new items, or quarterly special offers. Products that I sell, and have a working knowledge of include: cable, wire, conduit, electrical fittings, transformers, wiring devices, disconnects and safety switches, contactors, circuit breakers, load centers, meter sockets, as well as lighting fixtures for commercial, industrial, and residential customers with a special focus on LED lighting.
