In fulfilling this role Bryan had full management responsibility for a major UK government security system. The programme covered the design, development and installation of a worldwide system for the Ministry of Defence. Bryan successfully managed the redefinition of this programme in conjunction with the customer as part of the Integrated Project Team and Gainshare initiatives by the MOD. A major aspect of this programme was the development of a bespoke software application to be certified to an E3 level of security.This role involved customer management, liaison at all levels within the company including managing director, sub-contract management and people management. The value of this programme was in excess of £40 million.
