Over the past 25 years we have talked with employment recruiters many times. We have hired several of our staff members as a result of contacts from such firms. Usually these relationships are bittersweet and transactional. Working with Bryan was different. Bryan first was easy to talk with which is important in terms of helping us to think beyond an initial interview with a candidate. Bryan seemed to understand what the candidate was looking for and was able to help us see potential based on what our criteria was for our open position. It was enjoyable talking through an eventual offer with Bryan and he ended up being a very good mediator between the candidate and ourselves and I found it easy to trust him. I found Bryan professional and willing to work on putting the candidate and ourselves together. We appreciated working with Bryan and wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future. Bryan helped us with hiring a right person and I feel we ended up with Bryan and Great Plains being as long term advocates for our business.
